Mid- to long-term rentals are available by negotiation. Rental fee is payable in Euros or pounds sterling. Weekly rental includes electricity, gas, linen and towels. Firewood is not included in the rental price. Booking Deposit: A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required and the balance is payable four weeks before the rental period, unless the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the rental date, when the full amount is payable. Breakage deposit: €200 (euros)/£175 (GBP) is payable at the beginning of the rental period (to my representative in France) or with the balance of the rental payment (4 weeks prior to rental), which is refundable after satisfactory of the rental.
